Bike or drive 3.5 miles to South Beach, 2.5 miles to State Beach, or 1 mile to Fuller Street Beach.
You will feel right at home the moment you enter the foyer which leads to a large open kitchen with a Caesarstone island that seats four and dining table that accommodates ten. There is a large walk-in pantry for storage and a powder/laundry room. The spacious master bedroom with king sized bed and updated master bathroom overlook a private backyard bordering protected farm land. There are two additional bedrooms in the main house, one with a queen sized bed, the other with two twin beds. The two bedrooms share a newly renovated (2022) Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub. The living room with wood-burning fireplace and den with 55" TV offer plenty of comfortable spaces to relax and unwind.
Additional living space - which is attached to the house but has a separate entrance - comes complete with a bedroom, living room, dining table, and kitchenette. The apartment has a small full bathroom with shower, the bedroom has one bunk bed and one twin, and the living room has three day beds. The apartment is close enough for kids and parents to feel comfortable, but also provides everyone their own space.
Enjoy all summer has to offer on the outdoor patio (expanded with brand new furniture in 2024), outdoor shower/changing room, hammock, lawn games, and gas and charcoal grills.
Amenities include wifi, air conditioning, sound system, and a storage room full of beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. This home has been in our family for three decades. It's a perfect rental for a larger family, or for two families who want to vacation together, which is how we have used it over the years ourselves.
Massachusetts now charges 9.7% state and local tax on short term rentals. We typically rent Saturday to Saturday.
