Bay Dream is a beautiful home in the village of Stonington which sits high on top of Granite Street, overlooking Stonington`s harbor and the islands beyond. Bay Dream is just steps from many of Stonington`s restaurants, galleries, and novelty shops.Bay Dream is a three bedroom, two bath home. The home is clean and efficient, from the classic furnishings to the fully stocked linen closet. Bay Dream has a large kitchen with beautiful tile work. The kitchen is completely stocked with quality cookware, cutlery, dishes and glasses. The kitchen shares a space with the dining table, but still leaves plenty of room for cooking and relaxing. From the kitchen table you can enjoy the gorgeous views and enter the wrap around deck, which encompasses the whole front of the home around to the road side. The deck is well furnished with Adirondacks, umbrellas and a propane grill.
The three bedrooms in Bay Dream are nicely furnished, all with queen size beds and new, plush carpeting. The master bedroom has a large full-size bathroom and its own entry to the deck. Bay Dream`s master bedroom also has a LCD television with cable tv service. The living area in Bay Dream shares the beautiful harbor views and is very comfortably furnished with a sofa, loveseat, two easy chairs, and cable television. Bay Dream also has some Maine literature to enjoy and wireless internet service for those times you are not out exploring.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing and received by Agent. Cancellations may only be made between the date that a reservation deposit is received and a date determined to be 45 days prior to the tenants scheduled arrival date. Cancelations within 45 days of arrival will not result in a refund in whole or part of rental monies received. If a cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival, the Agent shall, as an accommodation to the Tenant, make an effort to re-rent the property at the published rate for the rental term reserved. No refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the canceled period is re-rented, any rent and taxes paid will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. If the re-rental amount is less than the published rate, any difference in rental rate remains the sole obligation of the tenant. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid, processing fees and taxes shall be forfeited as damages. This cancellation policy is strictly followed. Tenants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for all vacations to cover many situations that may arise that might cause one to cancel vacation plans. There are many independent insurance providers available to tenants.
