About this property

Remodeled 3 bed 2 bath near Midtown downtown Westshore district and South Tampa.

Escape to this enchanting house in picturesque Tampa. Maximum capacity 5 persons. With 3 cozy bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, guests will feel right at home. One of the 2 bathrooms has a shower and the other has a shower with a bathtub. We just finished remodeling this place and it is ready for our guests. We believe you will like it very much. The house is less than 5 miles from Tampa International airport and about 3 miles to downtown Tampa. It is also very close to the Buccaneers football stadium, MacFarlane park, Al Lopez Park, and beaches. A washer and dryer is provided as well as clothes detergent. My wife and Ishare the responsibility for the care and upkeep of the rental unit and we are always available to help if need be.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Entrance to the property is on the right side of house. Please park only in the driveway withe the letter A painted on the driveway in red and yellow.
You can also park in the street next to the 4 yellow metal posts and the wooden fence

Host was wonderful and responded quickly to messages. Charming little house clean and comfortable. Just a heads up that there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, so if you need a fan to sleep, bring a travel fan. Would definitely stay here again.

Michael was a fantastic host. His rental is very well appointed and nicely decorated. He had everything you would want or need for your stay. There was less than 15 minutes from Tampa airport in about 10 or 15 minutes to the port of Tampa. It was a perfect place to stay for a night before our cruise. We especially liked that it had three bedrooms for our family I would not hesitate to book this in the future.

Property is newly updated and close to the airport.Upon check in the house rules requested that A/C not be set below 72 for us this was too hot.House was finished nicely with well done repurposed older furnishing.Need better toilet paper.
