The space
Charming newly renovated two bedroom upper level apartment offers a well equipped space to launch exploration of the Denver Metro/Arvada area. This space is very close to the popular Terrace Park, along with the rest of scenic Terrace Park.

The surprisingly spacious floorpan allows for a comfortable work area in the living room, wifi is well suited for work from home when needed.

Large smart screen TV is your ticket to your favorite apps (bring your logins).

You'll love the large eat in kitchen, with everything you need to make quick snacks to full meals. Full size appliances and gorgeous cabinetry make this a welcome surprise!

The queen bedrooms are a lovely respite, with plenty of closet space, and just next door to the full bath with lovely tiled shower/tub. The Stack washer/dryer is at the ready for your laundry needs.

Just outside the back door you'll find outdoor seating, table with chairs and a easy to use grill for your use.

Had an amazing week’s stay. The apartment was super clean and cozy, it felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood is very friendly and close to food, shopping, and the perfect location for day trips to all of Colorado’s most popular destinations from the Rocky Mountains to Colorado Springs. The host was extremely communicative and kind and made sure we had the best stay possible - we very much appreciate it and can’t wait to visit again.

The Arvada park side apartment was fantastic and perfect for our stay!The apartment was easily accessible and close to the Old Town Arvada district where there are fantastic bars and restaurants. Highlights were School House for their incredible selection of liquors to sample, Smoking Fins for great steak and seafood, Homegrown Tap and Dough had great pizza and pasta, and the food and drinks at the Arvada Tavern were superb. We happened to find the Arvada Tavern by accident and were immediately taken by the ambiance and music. Sarah the bartender makes incredible craft cocktails! The apartment had everything we needed for an adventure trip, especially the washer and dryer, and hot tub for post adventure recovery. Beds were super comfortable, and the area is very quiet. The kitchen had everything you’d need for cooking, the shower and bathroom were great and we never ran out of hot water. Also the decor of the space is very clean and classy. Johanna and Noel were fantastic hosts! Communication was prompt and always helpful. We happened to run into them and they couldn’t have been nicer, more welcoming and helpful. They gave us great suggestions for food and trails and places to visit. We will definitely stay there again when we’re in the area. They made our stay a wonderful experience!
