Super quiet, cozy, clean and welcoming for a single, a double or a double with a small kiddo traveler! Cooktop with full fridge and freezer, coffee maker and kitchen essentials. 1 mile to Beaufort center and .5 mile to waterfront! Great home base for all your adventures. Guesthouse at back of primary residence. Shared parking with primary house but the studio is completely detached with separate walkway and entryway.

Communication was smooth and check in/check out easy. The unit is efficient, as described, easy to find and close to many of the areas' attractions. If in the area again I would stay here.
