Stay in the heart of Olde Naples in this bright and peaceful second floor corner condo located in a quiet and well maintained 12 unit building. It is just 7 blocks to Naples Beach and a short walk to 5th Avenue South, 3rd Street South, Cambier Park, and Naples Bay.
This location is ideal for guests seeking comfort, walkability, and a calm seasonal retreat. The condo offers a comfortable living space with a king size bed, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, and a clean bathroom with a walk in shower and bidet.
A new kitchen island and stove were recently added. Some accessories may vary slightly from the photos because the condo is regularly refreshed to maintain a high quality guest experience.
Guests have access to a quiet shared courtyard with seating and a grill. The stay also includes two cruiser bikes, a beach cart, beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach tent, and beach towels.
