At the center of the property, a sleek pool stretches between the homes, surrounded by loungers, cabanas, and shaded seating nooks. Lush greenery and glowing string lights set the mood from day to night, while the hot tub, Orca cold plunge with automatic chiller, 6-person redwood barrel sauna, outdoor kitchen and dining area, fire pit, hammocks, and putting green turn the courtyard into the compound’s main gathering place. Just off the courtyard, the dedicated game room adds a speakeasy-style layer of entertainment with TVs, a full pool table, and a bar. The converted garage creates even more room to gather, now set up as a dining and conference room with seating for 20, two large smart TVs with streaming and casting capabilities, and a Sonos sound system. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
