Dogs: Please pick up after doggy and place in outside bin. $20 fee from yard guy to pick up after dog. Bbq: please clean grill, otherwise we are charged a $35 fee from cleaners. Thank you!

Very nice property. Loved the fenced in yard that had a grill and fire pit. Location was in a quiet residential neighborhood but still close to beaches, restaurants, etc. Host was very responsive to questions. House is new construction, so there were a few very minor annoyances, but absolutely nothing that would stop us from staying again in the future. House was very well stocked with just about everything we needed. We stayed for 6 days and it was definitely a “home away from home”.

This house new, very clean and very nicely decorated. The screened in porch was great addition to the comfort of the home. Our host was quick with responding to any comments during our stay. All bedrooms were comfortable and peaceful.
