Absolutely perfect for us-check in was easy-fantastic location-able to easily walk to dinner and shopping. Loved the fact we could walk to the train depot for our excursion without having to deal with addl parking etc. also a very nice market right around the corner-again, perfect for us

Fantastic stay at Jarvis Condos! The location was absolutely perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the best spots around town. We must have caught it at the perfect time because noise was never an issue. The cooling unit and laundry facilities were also a wonderful bonus that made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend!

The property is in an excellent location - right in downtown Durango near shops and restaurants. But it’s also close to local hiking trails and Mesa Verde National Park. The property is on the ground floor and really easy to check in (with excellent instructions from the host). It’s incredibly clean and well kept; perfect for 1-2 people. I would stay here again!

This unit is very cute and sufficiently provisioned for a couple. It is on the main floor and easy to access. Street noise was not really an issue but as an old (historic) building, you can sometimes hear the person a floor above walking around in the evening. Ear plugs are provided! I really loved how close the unit is to Main St where I spent most of my time (no car). Also, the grocery store is very close. The host is very responsive to questions. I would stay here again, no question!

Four and a half stars for sure! The host was very responsive. The studio is in an excellent location near the Main Street. Parking was very convenient- we parked close by and walked everywhere during our stay. The building is historic and really very cool.The studio was well appointed. We did have a hard time sleeping as the people upstairs were up talking super late and we could hear everyone coming and going. The second night we heard the base from a speaker in a bar nearby. There is a sound machine and ear plugs provided, but we were still kept up. Otherwise- I would give it 5 stars!

We enjoyed our stay in Durango very much. The studio was clean and fresh, and had everything we needed. It was nice to have a designated parking spot in the lot across the street. The location was perfect - right off of the “main” street, and within walking distance of the station for the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, which is what brought us to Durango. We highly recommend this property!

Property was very clean and well maintained. The bathtub/shower was so clean I even considered taking a bath! The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The location was perfect if you want to be right downtown and able to walk to all the restaurants, shops and Durango/Silverton Train. On our Saturday night stay it was a little loud from the entertainment across the street. Sunday night was quiet and peaceful. It had a nice studio kitchen but we did not use it. The host was very easy to reach and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

The stay was great, location is very good close to everything. The only thing it could use is room darkening shades, the street lights flood in pretty badly room doesn’t get dark enough for me. All else was great!!!
