Why they chose this property
Kennedy King is a historic neighborhood located just north of 16th Street in downtown Indianapolis. Walk across the street to visit the Kennedy King memorial commemorating Robert F. Kennedy's speech given in Indianapolis the night Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated. Easily walk to nearby eateries and watering holes, or hop on the Monon to visit the Mass Ave district (south of us) or Broadripple (north of us).
