Superb

Very nice and quiet place. Family-friendly with a slide and a swing. Bonus point: Pep is a super host :)

Excellent remote location - very tranquil

Pros: Very quite remote location. Property is a good size and very well maintained. The host is available via what app if required and only visited once during a week long stay, which is good. Absolutely no noise of a day or evening. Pool is modern and very clean. The property hosts both a veranda and balcony, a long private drive with electric gates. Cons: There is no air con downstairs. Even with the doors open and a fan, its very hot during the summer months. There are no smoke alarms through out the property - for peace of mind. There is no safe in the property. Each bed has only two pillows - which are very soft - needs more spare pillows that are firmer. You have to take your own recycling to a local recycling centre - which is a distance away, not easily sign posted and the streets are very narrow - not good if you have hired a large car. The host speaks very little English - better to communicate with him using a Spanish - English translator app.

Tolle Finca in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Wir haben uns schon vor 2 Jahren in dieser fantastischen Finca wohl gefühlt und sehr gut erholt! Der Pool ist einfach super, die neue Terrassen-Markise ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Dieses Haus lässt einfach keine Wünsche offen! Die Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern sind top! Josep kümmert sich sehr um alle Belange und ist bei Fragen/Problemen immer ansprechbar! Cons: Eine Dusche im oberen Badezimmer wäre weitaus sinnvoller als eine Whirlpool-Badewanne!

Tolle Finca mit herrlichen Ausblick

Pros: Die Finca war sehr sauber und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt und der Pool einfach wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war nett und unkompliziert. Das war bereits unsere 7. Finca und mit Abstand die Beste! Cons: Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Alles top!

Hele mooie (rustige) locatie, prachtige finca

Pros: Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien! Ruime slaapkamers, goede bedden, rijkelijk uitgeruste keuken en heerlijk (zoutwater) zwembad. Genoten van de ligbedden bij het zwembad en van de airco, die was écht nodig. De finca wordt goed onderhouden door de vriendelijke host! Mijn Spaans is bijna net zo goed als zijn Engels ;) maar met hand en voetenwerk kwamen we een heel eind. Het is erg rustig en van de andere fincas in de buurt heb je geen last. Geen lichtvervuiling en lekker genieten van een donkere sterrenhemel. Wifi was prima met goed signaal overal in het huis en tuin.

Tolle Finca mit Blick ins Grüne

Pros: Das Haus war super und hat den Bilder völlig entsprochen. Unser Highlight war natürlich der Pool, der alle 2-3 Tage gesäubert wurde. Die Ausstattung der Finca war gut und alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Josep war auch sehr freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Cons: Das Wlan ist leider sehr schlecht und ohne Klimaanlage oder Ventilator ist es nachts sehr warm.

Pros: Der Urlaub in dieser Finca war super erholsam, der Vermieter sehr nett und weder störend noch hat uns die Sprachbarriere etwas ausgemacht im Gegenteil, Land und Leute lernt man hier besser kennen Cons: Die Mücken aber da kann die Pharmaindustrie helfen

Pros: Die absolute Ruhe und dennoch gute Erreichbarkeit (35 Minuten Fußmarsch) nach Arta , die sofortige Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters zur Bereitstellung einer Filterkaffeemaschine. Wünschenswert wären mehr Tassen und Schüsseln, was sicher aber auch kein Problem sein dürfte, wir waren nur 2 Erwachsene 😉. Cons: Etwas mehr Tassen (Pötte) und Schalen/Schüsseln, gerade, wenn man sich selbst versorgt…

Super Villa mit guter Ausstattung

Wir (4 Erwachsene und ein Kind) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist modern und top gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer, Senor Pep, ist sehr freundlich. Dieser kommt alle 3 bis 4 Tage und mäht den Rasen, gießt die Blumen, reinigt den Pool. Die Villa war absolut sauber. Hier kümmert sich der Eigentümer noch selber, dass merkt man halt sofort. Wir haben es sehr genossen, vor allem der große Pool hat unserer Tochter gefallen. Ein Auto ist hier Pflicht. Die Villa ist sehr abgelegen, was wir aber vorher wussten und auch wollten. Nächster Strand ist ca. 25 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wer zentraler wohnen will, ist hier deplatziert. Wir haben es sehr genossen und können die Villa nur empfehlen.

Gerne wieder

Wir - Familie mit drei erwachsenen Kindern - haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Es war alles so wie in der Beschreibung.
