(About 8-10 minute private walk over marsh) You can even drive out onto the beach at Freedom Park, which is very close to the condo and ideal for adventure seekers.

A convenient accessibility ramp makes entering the condo smooth and welcoming for guests of all mobility levels.

The BARge is located directly behind the condo at the Carolina Beach Yacht Club. It is a great spot to get a refreshing cocktail and watch the boats pass by, catch a sunset, or listen to some live music.

House Rules:
-No smoking or vaping of any kind (including e‑cigs)
-No parties or events
-Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM (please be respectful of our neighbors)

Pets & Scheduling:
Dogs allowed only with prior approval. Guests must disclose pets before booking. The pet fee of $250 may not appear automatically during online checkout; if it does not, it will be requested through Vrbo after booking. Undeclared pets may result in additional charges.
We offer flexible scheduling options. We’re here to help you enjoy the perfect stay!

Damage Protection: You can choose between damage protection insurance for $59 that will provide up to $1500 for damages to the property or you can pay a refundable rate that is fully refundable in the event that there are no damages to the property. This will all be displayed before finalizing your booking.
