Das Appartment war gut ausgestattet, und sauber. Die Lage sehr zentral, hinter dem Hauptbahnhof. Strassenbahnhaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig in der Nähe. Da bei unserem Eintreffen Baumassnahmen direkt vor unserem Appartment stattfanden ( um 7 Uhr morgens wurde eine Betonplatte mit einem Drucklufthammer entfernt). Ausserdem konnten wir an zwei Tagen tagsüber die Dusche und Toilette nicht benutzen, wegen Wartungsarbeiten. unter diesen Umständen hätten wir die Wohnung nicht gemietet

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Allerdings ist sie nichtaltersgerecht. Für einen 89 jährigen ist das Bett zu niedrig und es ist schwierig, aus den Sesseln aufzustehen. Die Wohnung im Keller war bei der Hitze ideal.Mit besten Gruß Gert Trebing

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und und sehr gepflegt außer Bettmatratzen, die hätten mal schon erneuert werden können , sonst hat die Wohnung alles was man benötigt . Man ist schnell in der Stadt und Umgebung , drei Strassenbahnstationen bis in der Altstadt . Die Schlüsselübergabe hat auch perfekt geklappt und der Vermieter war sehr nett .Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Kurztrip nach Dresden

Die Wohnung liegt erstaunlich ruhig im Studentenviertel. Verkehrstechnisch gut machbar auch ohne Auto. Einziges Manko war, dass die Wohnung etwas kühl war, insbesondere der Fußboden. Und die Heizung ließ sich nicht regeln.

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig

Zentrale Lage nahe dem Dresdner Hauptbahnhof macht es Reisenden ohne Auto leicht. Und obwohl die Ferienwohnung so zentral liegt, ist von Großstadtlärm nichts zu hören.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit REWE bequem in der Nähe.Zu beachten wäre aber, dass das Objekt nicht barrierefrei ist.

Die Begrüßung und Übergabe der Schlüssel wurde von der Tochter des Vermieters durchgeführt. Diese war sehr sympathisch, freundlich und gab Antworten auf offene Fragen . Die Wohnung war super sauber. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher , Backofen und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden. Ein super schöner Aufenthalt. Empfehlen können wir es zu 100 % für 2 Personen . A. Kowielsky- Rieche
