The "Lotsenhaus" residence was newly built in 2006 and is located directly across from the cruise terminal. Enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea in Warnemünde in our 2- to 3-room apartments for 2 to 6 people, all with free parking. Dear guests, welcome to the “Lotsenhaus” residence! We offer you a comfortably furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

At the “Lotsenhaus” residence, our cosy 2-room holiday apartment “Ostseewelle” is available to you, featuring a large, sunny terrace with an electric awning and a beach chair. The holiday apartment is approximately 61 square metres in size, located on the ground floor, and features a large living room with a double sofa bed, an open-concept kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a second TV, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, and natural gas central heating. Free Wi-Fi. Generous windows let plenty of light into the apartment and offer a view that promises relaxation and rest at any time. The apartment is designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people plus a baby.
You can park your car on the property free of charge (No. 7).
The apartment is fully equipped with laminate flooring. Amenities include a radio/CD/DVD player, cable TV, and a flat-screen TV; a built-in kitchen with a stove featuring a ceramic cooktop and oven; a refrigerator; a sink; a coffee maker; a kettle; a toaster; and a dishwasher. You can store your bicycles in the storage room (No. 7). This is a non-smoking apartment.

The initial amenities for the apartment include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels,shower mat).

Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
