Very beautiful, cosy villa "El Camino". In the district of Montgo, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 9 km from the sea, 9 km from the beach. Private: terraced garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Estacion de autobuses Javea" 6 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.
"Villa El Camino", 3-room house 60 m2, on the ground floor. Living/dining room with satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating.
