The apartment is a loft apartment; meticulously maintained, clean, with the bonus of a long furnished terrace overlooking ancient Rome.
The apartment on the last floor of an ancient 1600 Palazzo; extremely tranquil away from the city traffic noise, yet perfectly located in an ancient side street of Piazza Colonna on Via del Corso.
The living area is very bright with warm wooden parquetry floors throughout. This room has a sofa bed for two people (160 cm) and a circular bistro dining table with chairs and a desk to write..
There’s a TV with English news channels, there is the wifi internet connection, autonomous heating system and air-conditioning.
The steps lead to an open loft area, where there are, two futon beds, one single and one double.
The bathroom is modern, fully tiled with quality fittings, a bath and shower.
The kitchen is autonomous, yet fully equipped with a two burner stove, mini oven and washing machine.
You could not be in a better location, in the middle of the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon.
This historic area is surrounded by outdoor cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by on foot. There are shopping streets with the most important international brands.
A great apartment for those more interested in location and with a spectacular panorama. Perfect for a single, a couple or a family of 3 people. Pets no allowed.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of the historic district

I stayed in this adorable apartment for over two months while doing work in Rome. The location can’t be beat—close to everything, yet very quiet and peaceful. It was sad when the time came to go back home!

The perfect stay at the perfect location in Rome

I stayed here with my 2 daughters for 4 nights and it was such a great place for the 3 of us! The host was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The place was clean and cool in the middle of summer and had everything we needed! The balcony was our favorite part, we spent every morning and every evening gazing out over the surrounding area of the city. We also walked to absolutely everything!

Great neighborhood

We loved this unit. A five minute walk from the Pantheon, restaurants within a minute, a wonderful rooftop terrace with a classic view, and quiet. Check in was easy and efficient, and the apartment was perfect for our needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again if in Rome.

Great small apartment in the heart of Rome

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Giulia’s Loft Apartment in Rome. It is a great location, Giulia was very helpful with her communication process, check in was very simple. The apartment has a great lived-in feel with lots of cool artwork on the walls. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome!

Rome stay with Giulia

The absolute draw card with the property is the location absolutely fantastic,the apartment has all you need and Giulia was fantastic,now this is not a criticism but just be aware the bed downstairs is a fold out if you have any back problems it could be an issue having said that i did get used to it after a few days,enjoyed our stay and Giulia even arranged our transport to the airport, look if you want somewhere 2 minutes from pantheon 5 from trevi just book it

Great locaton

great home base to be able to walk to all the sites and come home to a balcony with a view of the Pantheon. Clean studio with loft, small kitchen and bath. Fine for the two us. We only used the kitchen for coffee and drinks. very easy check process with owner who was in next door apartment

Perfect location & views!

Giulia’s apartment is even nicer than the pictures and the view from the rooftop does not disappoint! A huge selection of great restaurants, the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain are all within a 5 min walk. The a/c is a wall unit downstairs so we weren’t able to use the upstairs bedrooms the first couple of nights (too hot) which was inconvenient but not a disaster, but if you have kids that might be different. Also all the mattresses are quite firm, futon style so beware if that doesn’t suit. Overall though I’d still recommend it - it suited our plans!

Perfect location and wonderful host!

Property was better than I expected! It was very clean and comfortable and a good size for my 2 (adult) sons and myself. There was enough room that we did not feel we were on top of each other. Having the outdoor space was so nice to have in the evening when back from our days adventures. The host was so helpful offering advice on getting around and even was kind enough to slip a note under out door letting us know about the upcoming time change – without this, we could have missed out train because I had no idea there was a time change. Location was the best! We were walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Felt very safe in the home and the neighborhood. I am so happy that this is where we got to stay for our first visit to Rome!! My new favorite city.

Excellent choice in central Rome

I enjoyed my stay. You cannot beat the location. It's right in the middle of everything. The apartment has a very nice deck. Inside, the pictures accurately convey what the apartment is like. Everything works (hot water, etc etc). You might get kicked off the wifi now and then, but it easily reconnects. (I didn't use the kitchen except to make coffee and I didn't use the upstairs bedrooms so I can't comment on those.) There is indeed a lift, it works just fine. I would be very happy to stay here again. (For coffee lovers like me, there are several moka pots and a French press. There is not a drip machine. You are also a few steps from the one of the best coffee bars in the world.)

Perfect location, excellent host, beds are extremely hard

My wife and I stayed at the apartment from May 4-19, 2025.I'll start my review with a few critiques since I missed them in previous reviews as they were buried later in the reviews.First, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. My wife and I are in a 60s and I have hip arthritis, so I need a very soft sleep surface. We were uncomfortable and struggled to get a good night sleep. For those who need a soft mattress like us, this is not the place for you.Second, the upstairs loft, where two bedrooms are located is short. I'm only 5'10" and my head touched the ceiling.Third, the ladder leading to the upstairs bedrooms is rather steep so if you need to use the restroom at night, this might be a concern.Okay, on to the good stuff.The owner/host lives right next door. She was very kind, very communicative, and very supportive.The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect! We were two blocks from the Pantheon, three or four blocks from the Trevi Fountain, and about a mile from the Colosseum. There are tons of restaurants within just a few blocks from the apartment. There's also a little grocery market about 1/4 mile away. Lastly, the terrace was wonderful. My wife and I sat out there frequently in the afternoons having wine and enjoying the view.We won't stay there again but only because of the hard bedding. If you're younger and not bothered by pain, this would be the perfect spot! I'm hoping the owner will purchase thick foam pads for the beds.

The Rooftops of Rome

What an amazing spot! I loved waking up and watching the morning and sun set over the roofs of central Rome. It was surreal being able to drink a morning coffee while looking over the various Roman patios, churches, duomos, and of course the Pantheon Dome. I loved that view! Giulia was a fantastic host and was available for anything we needed. She made sure we had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to spend a few days around Rome but also cooking a breakfast or two, or a dinner in during your stay. You just walk out your door and turn a corner or two and you are in the middle of all of the major sites within Rome.

Wohnung mit Dachterrasse mitten in der Altstadt von Rom

Kleine, hübsche Studiowohnung mit spektakulärer Dachterrasse. Die Lage ist unglaublich, praktisch alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen (und der Lift ist ein herrlicher Luxus nach einem langen Tag auf den Beinen:-). Obwohl man mitten im Ausgehviertel ist, merkt man oben in der Wohnung nicht viel davon, es ist ruhig, auch durch die Doppelglasfenster. Die Küche ist recht bescheiden aber hinreichend ausgestattet, das Bad nett und funktional. Einziger Minuspunkt für uns: die Betten. Ein Schlafsofa und zwei Futons, alles eher für Liebhaber harter Unterlagen... Reizende, sehr hilfreiche Vermieter, sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Alles in allem der perfekte Ort um sich in Rom wie zu Hause zu fühlen, wir kommen gerne wieder...

Guici was the BEST hostess. The residence was in the best location for Monopoli and for the Puglia.

We loved our location, the quaint town and shops. Walking the old city was wonderful. It was also the perfect location for visiting the other Puglia region: Lecce, Alberobello, Bari, etc.

Nice Loft

It is a wonderful place to be in the heart of Rom . The Owners are very nice people. This place is clean, everything there you need and the view from the terrace is breathtaking . The best is the location! You can reach everything there is to see by foot. The Trevi-Brunnen is right around the corner. We will be back for sure!

Why they chose this property

We love the historical center of Rome, and the view over the roofs that the terraces that could offer. For this reason we wanted and we bought this apartment.
In Rome we live at the next door and this has been Mattia house for long time until he moved to live with his new family.

What makes this property unique

The location is super, really in the heart of the Roman beauties. And at the last floor (with elevator) you don't have noise from the street and you have a unique view above the roman roofs. There is a wide pedestrian area around to move without cars. The apartment is sunny and open and you have all the comforts (heating, air conditioning, TV, kitchen, washing machine).
