We warmly welcome you to the modern, non-smoking holiday apartment "Strandgang" (No. 04), located in the villa complex at Am Kurpark 10 in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. The villa complex is situated in a prime location and consists of two detached houses, right on the first row of the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. It’s only about 100 metres to the fine-sand beach, which stretches for about 7 kilometres from the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin to the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren. You can start your biking and hiking adventures right outside your front door. You can also spend a relaxing day at the beach or enjoy the sound of the waves from the terrace while sipping a cup of coffee. Various restaurants and cafés are within easy walking distance, as are a variety of shopping options.<br><br><br><br>Strandvilla Apartment 04 “Strandgang” with Terrace:<br><br>The stylish and comfortably furnished non-smoking holiday apartment “Strandgang” is located on the ground floor of the building. You’ll find a 3-room apartment with a living area of approximately 70 square metres. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel cot. The open, light-filled living area with a fireplace is furnished with modern, nautical-style furniture. A large, comfortable leather sofa, coffee table with ottoman, sideboard, and display cabinet create a cosy atmosphere in front of the fireplace. For entertainment, a smart TV with a Blu-ray player is available, as well as a small selection of holiday reading material and CDs. You’ll also have access to free Wi-Fi. On the south-east-facing terrace—which overlooks the sea and is partially covered—and which you can access directly from the living area, you’ll find a seating area with a parasol for a leisurely breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening. From there, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the beach promenade and garden grounds. The high-quality, built-in kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, SENSEO pad coffee maker with thermos, egg cooker, and various kitchen utensils. The dining area is adjacent and consists of a large dining table and upholstered chairs. For a restful night’s sleep, a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) is provided, complete with a full-length topper at a comfortable height. Bedside tables with wall lamps, a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a valet stand complete the bedroom furnishings. Another bedroom is furnished with two box-spring beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and an additional TV. All rooms feature privacy protection with folding blinds, blackout curtains in the bedrooms, and insect screens. The large bathroom, featuring a window, sink, wall mirror, walk-in rain shower, spa tub, toilet, hair dryer, towel warmer, and makeup mirror, is your personal wellness area! With the sauna, bio-heater, and LED coloured lighting, it’s an experience in both summer and winter. From the sauna to the rain shower or straight into the Baltic Sea, then into the spa tub, and finally, to round off the day, a nice cup of tea or a glass of red wine by the fireplace. That’s what a holiday is all about! A second indoor bathroom features a large shower, sink, hair dryer, and toilet. For small loads of laundry, there’s a washing machine/dryer in the bathroom. The hallway is equipped with a full-length mirror, a coat rack, and a shoe rack. All living and sleeping areas have comfortable vinyl flooring. The bathrooms are tiled. Underfloor heating provides cosy warmth on cooler days. For our younger guests, a portable travel cot and a high chair are provided. You can store your own or rented bicycles in the bike room in the underground car park. One parking space (No. 04, clearance height 1.95 m) is available for you in the underground car park. The green space of the villa complex features barbecue areas for communal use. One small pet with its own sleeping area is a welcome guest for a fee. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens.
