Plenty of room for 2 families. Salt water pool was great! Heated to a comfortable temperature for swimming. Hot tub was the perfect end to our day. Quiet residential neighborhood felt safe.

Thanks for being a guest with us Karen. There are very few on-water locations in Cape Coral that are available within walking distance to the downtown, restaurants or shops- It is simply the nature of the area. We are less than one mile from downtown, which is a two-minute uber ride away.

We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our group of ten. Plenty of supplies and beach gear was a plus! We appreciated the extra available condiments. We also liked the list of information attached to the side of the fridge for easy reminders. Great communication with the host. There is a bit of a drive to the beach, but manageable. Plenty of things to do nearby.

Great vacation home

This was a great place to stay! It had everything we needed, for 8 adults and 4 kids. It was clean and there was room for everyone. The pool was great, we brought a boat and the access was perfect. We loved the kayaking too.

Annual Cape Coral Get Away

Our family loves the Cape Coral area and had a perfect stay in this property. Very clean with all the little extras that makes it easy to show up and relax! Owner was very easy to work with and offered many helpful hints to enjoy our Cape Coral stay.
