It was a very spacious rental, nice big living room and big comfortable bedrooms. There are not a lot of amenities, no shampoo/conditioner, soap, blow dryer that I could find etc. It was a bare bones home but it was nice, full kitchen and full sized fridge, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Full sized washer dryer. As someone listed in a previous review there is a water spot on the ceiling of the guest room but other than that it seemed very clean. It was a nice stay, thanks!

I was really glad that only booked this place for one night. The place was dirty, the trash was not picked up from previous renters. The ceiling had a water stain and paint was cracking no bedside tables in the rooms. Main bathroom was not clean. Porch was filthy. It was not in a good area, I will not recommend not stay at this place.

We are disappointed to see this review, especially given the condition in which the property was left after this guest’s stay. We take cleanliness and guest comfort seriously and have consistently worked to provide a welcoming space for our guests. Unfortunately, after checkout we discovered significant damage to the property, including a broken door, missing household items, and missing linens. These issues were not reported to us during the stay, which prevented us from addressing any concerns in real time. I encourage you to not retaliate after breaking things in a home. We encourage guests to communicate any problems during their stay so we have the opportunity to make things right. We remain committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home for our future guests.

The area isn’t the best, but it’s not the worst. The house is really nice on the inside. Easy to walk the streets no one was bothersome wouldn’t recommend walking at night. The Wi-Fi was down the whole seven days we communicated this to the host. She tried her best to help us fix it, but we were unable to have that up for our stay. We did not receive any communication as far as trash and where to put it after we left so we set all of near the curb. easy access to everything would recommend reaching out to the host personally through her number to get an immediate response communicating with difficult through Vrbo itself.
