Modern furniture and a tastefully decorated interior make this holiday rental at "Residenz Binz" on Rügen your very own oasis of well-being!

The large living/dining area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (including a microwave, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, etc.). When you’re not enjoying meals together, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable here on the couch: cable TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system are available; the Rügen holiday rental also features free Wi-Fi.

The nicely furnished balcony is perfect for relaxing outdoors. Thanks to its great location, it’s very quiet here—ideal for relaxing in the fresh Baltic Sea air! Or you can relax right on the beach: it’s just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful promenade and the swimming beach.

The separate bedroom in the holiday rental features a 2-meter-wide double bed. Two additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room.

Additional comfort awaits you in the stylish bathroom.

In the basement of the building, there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, which you are welcome to use.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.

Beautiful balconies or terraces, fully equipped kitchens, and free Wi-Fi (in some apartments) offer you every comfort for a relaxing holiday.

Family-friendly living is a top priority at “Residenz Binz”: Cots and high chairs can be provided in the holiday apartments upon request; washing machines and dryers are available for your use, and all windows are equipped with roller shutters. Im Sommer sicher schöner

Schöne Ferienwohnung, aber für unsere Vorstellung etwas zu dunkel, keine Sonne und auch kein Blick zum See, es stehen große Bäume in der Umgebung. Der Treppenaufgang ist direkt vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster, das muss man mögen🙈 . Ausstattung: eigentlich alles vorhanden, Parkplätze recht eng, es besteht immer die Gefahr von Parkschäden wenn nicht mittig innerhalb der Markierungen geparkt wird. Der Ortskern ist schnell erreichbar, Gaststätten und Bäcker in der Nähe.
