Spend your holiday in a cosy, home-like atmosphere! At "Residenz Binz" on Rügen, a family-friendly holiday rental awaits you, where you’ll feel completely at home.

Bright rooms, modern furniture, and child-friendly amenities ensure a pleasant living experience. The 57 m² living space spans two levels and offers room for two adults and two children.

In the large living/dining area, you can relax, cook, or enjoy meals together. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, large refrigerator with a ***compartment, coffee maker, and electric kettle.

In the living area, you’ll find a TV (cable) and a stereo system with a radio, CD player, and iPod connection for your relaxation.

One of the two separate bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm); the separate children’s bedroom features a bunk bed (each bed 90 cm x 200 cm). The sofa bed in the living room has a sleeping surface of 160 cm.

You can relax wonderfully on the secluded terrace! The lounge chair is already waiting for you...

A stylish, marble-tiled shower room adds to the apartment’s comfort.

In the building’s basement, you’ll find coin-operated washing machines and dryers that you’re welcome to use.

It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the town centre and the beach. From the building, you can set out directly on beautiful walks along Lake Schmachter and to Granitz Castle!

“Residenz Binz” on Rügen is situated on a beautiful southwestern hillside overlooking Lake Schmachter. It’s just a 10-minute walk to Binz Beach and city centre. The Klünderberg has a 12% incline.

Comfortable and child-friendly holiday apartments await you at “Residenz Binz”—some on staggered levels or in a charming maisonette style.
Beautiful balconies or terraces, fully equipped kitchens, and free Wi-Fi (in some apartments) offer you every comfort for a relaxing holiday.

Family-friendly living is a top priority at “Residenz Binz”: Cots and high chairs can be provided in the holiday apartments upon request; washing machines and dryers are available for your use, and all windows are equipped with roller shutters. As a special highlight, “Residenz Binz” offers you and your family an on-site children’s play area and barbecue area!

A small bike storage room, outdoor bike parking spaces, and free car parking spaces are available. Please note that the complex’s parking spaces are only suitable for standard-sized cars.
