Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the heaters in the bedrooms and bathroom.
Linens are removed and washed off site. Please do not wash colored laundry or black make up towels with white towels. It’s okay to leave laundry for the professional cleaning crew.

The location of the house is right near campus/Hayward Field. We had 2 families there for move-in and there was plenty of space for all of our bags. Catherine was kind, a great communicator and helped make our move go smoothly.

Perfect location especially if you are attending a competition at Hayward Field. It is walkable to campus as well as ice cream and restaurants. Great accommodations. The hosts were very accommodating.

This property was perfect for our needs…4 girls and 3 moms on a weekend getaway for a concert. The courtyard was lovely, the house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The host was also very communicative and responsive. A great find overall!

Everything was true to pictures, and an amazing location near Hayward field. Especially loved the dining/kitchen area for making large dinners. Communication was super fast and great from the host. One note is that there are a ton of beds, but only two small bathrooms. Wasn't a problem for our group of 7 but bear that in mind.

We had an exceptional stay at this property and would recommend it to anyone heading to Eugene. Everything about it exceeded what we expected. The home is really well appointed with plenty of amenities, and it sits in a quiet, beautiful part of town. It's also just a 10 minute walk to Hayward Field and the University of Oregon, which made getting around really easy for us.Our host Catherine was an excellent communicator the whole way through. She was quick to respond and made everything easy from the booking right up to check out. You can tell she takes real pride in the place and in looking after her guests.One thing we really appreciated was how accurate the listing was. The photos and descriptions matched exactly what we found when we arrived, so there were no surprises. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well, and we loved the huge dining table in the kitchen, which was perfect for our group to sit around together for meals.My favourite part was the lounging area with the TV and those big beautiful windows looking out onto the courtyard garden. It was a great spot to relax at the end of the day and just enjoy the view.Parking was easy too, with plenty of street parking as well as a covered spot out back that you reach via the rear laneway.We were super impressed and would happily stay again. Thanks Catherine for being such a great host and for making our trip to Eugene so memorable.

The home is beautiful, looking out the kitchen and the living room windows to the back yard gorgeous view. The only recommendation I would make is it needs a barbecue. Each bedroom is perfect with its king size bed , we all rested well. Definitely going to rent again when I visit Eugene.

We absolutely loved our stay in this house! It was a group of four women performing in Eugene over the weekend and this place was perfect for our needs. We love unique stays, and we really liked the layout of this house. All of the bedrooms were comfortable, the dining area was wonderful, the common room was our favorite, and we loved the garden and all of the beautiful natural light throughout. The kitchen had everything we needed, check in/check out process couldn't have been easier, communication with the host was great, and the house was spotless. We also loved the location - quiet neighborhood central to everything and lots of parking. Thank you for a wonderful weekend - we could not have asked for a better place to stay!
