CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Condo was okay. Condo was a lot smaller than pictures showed. Sand was everywhere upon arrival, in beds and all over couch. Fridge didn’t work for 24 hours ( took 24 hours to cool down) so if you get groceries, make sure you wait a day. A/C unit was monitored so would change after a few hours to 72-75 degrees. The condo was very hot. The pool was disgusting- cloudy, dirty and green. Swim at your own risk. Will not be staying again.

I’ve passed your comments to our teams and resort management so we can investigate and take action: - review listing photos & square footage and update if needed so expectations match reality - inspect and deep‑clean the unit (steam upholstery, launder linens) and update our turnover checklist to prevent sand in beds and furniture - have maintenance inspect the refrigerator (seal, thermostat) and confirm proper cooling timelines; we’ll add arrival guidance to the listing - inspect the A/C and verify thermostat controls/setpoints with the resort to ensure comfortable temperatures - report the pool condition to resort management and the pool vendor for immediate treatment and inspection to ensure it’s safe and clear Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos you have so we can follow up and address this directly.
