GORGEOUS Mountain View’s from front yard. Cozy basement apartment just minutes from UCCS and downtown Colorado Springs. Includes 1 king and 1 queen bedroom, 3/4 bath, full kitchen, private entrance, and garage parking. Twin Mattress pad and Pack ’n Play provided.

THIS PROPERTY COMFORTABLY FITS 5 ADULTS AND 1 BABY/ TODDLER. NOT 6 adults!:) This basement unit comes with multiple amenities. Currently the front and back yards of the property are under construction. This will not affect your stay but we encourage you to keep it in mind. Please also note that the AC and heating is controlled from the upstairs.

*Please Note*: This is an owner-occupied property with separate entrances; children and pets reside upstairs. We try to stay as quiet as possible, but may hear noises coming from upstairs so please try to be understanding of that.
