The Space:

Oceans Mist offers large luxury oceanfront units that overlook the beach and boardwalk. Fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and central air. No pets, please. Direct oceanfront with large oceanfront deck. NO SMOKING. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

You will need dishwasher pods, clothes washing machine pods, softener for clothes, soap to wash hands in bathrooms and kitchen, toilet tissue, Kleenex, kitchen wash cloths and paper towels. The back bedrooms that face the outside hallway could use black out shades or curtains. It is noisy late at night. I was woken up twice in the week at 2 am by people on the boardwalk. Great location away from the gaming and rides area. Underneath the condo is a fantastic kite business. Also places to eat, T-shirts store and general store with everything you might need for your stay. Walmart is 8 miles away. Loved the balcony and parking.

Amazing Beach Stay in the Best Location

We had such a great time at this spacious oceanfront rental. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and close to shops and restaurants, so we never had to use our car. The balcony was one of our favorite spots with comfy furniture and awesome views for relaxing or people watching. We had a couple of small issues during the week, but they were taken care of quickly and with care. We’d definitely stay here again and totally recommend it.
