We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. The views of the water were beautiful. Loved sitting on the deck and enjoyed the great weather we had.
Clean. Furniture needs updating. Basement a tad musty. Otherwise all good.

Great Cape Escape
We loved
The spaciousness of the house and the private do k. It was a quiet area and had a great view. Just be very careful pulling out I to Route 6 from the road. It’s a bit tricky.
Bright, modern and lovely! We loved waking up to the views of the Cove each morning! The house had plenty of room for family and the younger family members loved the downstairs level! I would definitely stay again!
Great location for a busy family. Easy to launch kayaks and go on trips out to Nauset beach. Recently updated / finished basement adds another bathroom and additional space for the kids.
Beautiful property. Quiet, tranquil and serene setting. Incredible views. Even though it was January we spent some time on the deck. We plan to return this Fall to enjoy once again!!
This was the best rental by far!! The pics are gorgeous but real life is 10 times better. The host service was extremely helpful and we had no issues at all. A fabulous dog friendly property.
The property was amazing and was as described. It was at the end of a dead end road. It was absolutely relaxing and enjoyable to wake up with a great view of the cove. Would highly recommend to anyone interested.
The house was amazingly clean, and the location was perfect, not far from anything in all directions. The property is serene and you could spend all day at the house just relaxing. Well worth renting. Supplies at the house are a bit thin, but that did not detract from anything at all.
It was outstanding. 3 bedrooms, plenty of space. A newly finished basement with washer, dry and rec room. The deck and property were great - very dog friendly. The Turnkey people are also very helpful

The Perfect Home
This home is very clean and well appointed. In early June, it was very quiet allowing us to catch many peaceful sunrise. The location is within a short drive to anything you need including fresh morning pastry, groceries or the pharmacy. This was our second season here and will not be our last.
Stayed with my sisters. Beautiful location and views off back deck. House was clean, kitchen had lots of dishes etc. Beds were ok- linens could be upgraded. We could never get the back sliders locked- followed directions. But it’s a great place and would go back again.
Wonderful home, lovely view, fun day trips, helpful property managers, happy family! For families with younger children: the cove can be quite windy with strong currents. We brought connectable lounge floating water tubes with us, along with a climbing rope to attach to the dock, enabling us to safely enjoy being on the water all together in the afternoons. Dreamy!

Beautiful home with a few minor issues
Gorgeous home, amazing views, fun porch overlooking the water. Lots of good critter watching (ducks, geese, bunnies). Nice outdoor shower. There are some things that need attention, such as very uncomfortable beds and just a few towels provided.

Vicki, thank you for sharing your experience, we're so pleased that you loved our home and its amazing views! While we acknowledge that not all beds will suit everyone's specific preferences, we regret that ours was not comfortable for you. To clarify, housekeeping leaves one set of bath, face and hand towels for each guest as well as a beach towel but we apologize for any inconvenience. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again.
