We loved the High Point House! Great location, close to town. Had everything we needed inside. And mountain bike trails right across the street! We'll be back!

Our family loved having the three floors and room to spread out. Beds were comfortable and location was great! Close to downtown, yet secluded and quiet. The place can use a minor update. Carpet was worn, slider to deck kept getting stuck and the primary toilet would run on occasion.

Thank you for the kind words, we're so pleased to hear your group was comfy and enjoyed the terrific location. We appreciate your impressions and would have loved the opportunity to at least address the running toilet and slider door during your stay, but please be assured our team is aware of your feedback. We hope to welcome you back again! -Range View Rentals

Great location walking distance from town. The house is very comfortable. The wifi bandwidth was strong enough that I was able to work remotely, including on-camera video conferencing.

The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen, are all good. The house is probably OK for winter use. The main issue is that in warmer weather, when there is full sun, the house becomes too hot. There is no AC and the picture windows in the main room do not open. The under-floor heating heats and cools slowly. In winter it is probably OK but not suitable for taking the chill off a cool fall night. There is a sun room/greenhouse at the back (leading to the deck). This gets very hot, even with the floor level windows (that work) and door open. The windows in the adjacent main room do not open. The two windows in the kitchen area are not sufficient to vent the room. There are numerous windows and blinds throughout the house that do not work. This might not matter in the winter. We enjoyed the hot tub.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and especially the wonderful hot tub. Absolutely, this house is exceptionally comfortable and suited for our high-altitude winters, but we appreciate your comments about summer ventilation, as they help us keep optimizing the guest experience. (We hope you found the multiple box fans provided throughout the home useful.) We appreciate your observations about the sunroom, window functionality, and heating performance. Thank you again for staying with us. -Range View Rentals

This place was wonderful and met all our needs. With adult and teen kids there were plenty of places to hang out. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked. We had a 4wd so the steep drive was no issue. We would definitely stay here again!
