Nestled in prestigious Palmetto Dunes, this charming villa offers a serene escape for guests seeking comfort and relaxation. Relax with your morning coffee or cocktails on a private deck with a relaxing view of the pond and water feature. The villa is nestled among charming live oak trees inside the Queens Grant complex. This is a single story, semi-detached unit with no stairs. It’s perfect for couples or friends traveling together. Don't forget to bring Fido - we allow dogs of all sizes, limit 2. BEACH
6/10 a mile to the beach with 3 miles of soft, white sand: 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride via large sidewalks all in the shaded embrace of large tress that over hang your path. (See pics) From April through September there is a free shuttle that will take and your beach gear to the beach and anywhere in Palmetto Dunes, as well as the Shelter Cover Marina across the highway with lots of dining and shopping. Hilton Head beaches are dog friendly. Beach towels and chairs are also provided. Don't forget to utilize the villa's private, outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse when you return.

POOLS
Queens Grant has 5 swimming pools scattered through out the complex for you to enjoy.

VILLA
This updated 1,100 sq ft, single story, semi-detached villa has all the comforts of home, without the hassle. The kitchen has new appliances and fully stocked. All that's missing is your favorite foods. The living room is spacious, cozy and open to the dining area. Enjoy your favorite shows/sports on a 65" smart TV. The large sliding doors allow lots of light to fill the room, but the adjustable plantation shutters allow you to decide how much light you want. Various board games and books are available for you to enjoy. There is also a slider in the master bedroom that leads out to the deck with the same shutters. It has a new king bed, tv, and ceiling fan. The master bath is brand new! The 2nd bedroom has a new queen bed, tv, and ceiling fan. Linens are provided. Limit 2 cars.

PALMETTO DUNES
A general store is just outside of Queens Grant with anything you might want to grab as well as souvenirs, breakfast/lunch and amazing soft serve ice cream. Next to the General Store is a large pickle ball and tennis facility where you can take lessons or sign up for tournaments. Across the street are bike/kayak rentals. Palmetto Dunes has 11 miles of lagoon to explore. All of Hilton Head island is very bike friendly - and mostly flat. There are also 3 golf courses, to include Robert Tent Jones.
