A lovely house, admittedly a few years old, but in good condition. Our children loved the pool. The house is as described and, in our opinion, offers excellent value for money. The hostess always responded promptly and courteously. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean, however, the bedroom carpets were very stained and worn. Also the TVs in the living area and main bedroom were only connected to an antenna offering very few stations and constantly lost the signal. A bit disappointing.

Just what we hoped for

The house was very accommodating, the pool and outside area was beautiful. Unfortunately the outside tv didn’t work and that’s where we spent most of our time. The location was great. There is ongoing construction which wasn’t too bad but the evenings and early mornings were fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Time

This was in a great location and close to many restaurants and other attractions. A few different beaches where a close drive away. The house was clean and had all the necessities needed for our stay. The pool was a great temperature to float and relax plus sitting at the dock watching the ducks, fish and turtles was fun. We also had an alligator that showed up . Would definitely love to return.

Christmas Break Getaway.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. My college-age kids loved swimming in the heated pool and fishing in the canal. The furnishings were top-notch. Everything was perfect for our Christmas Break Getaway. We would definitely come back again! Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the pool area! The only issue was at night trying to connect an app on the TV. The antenna TV did not come in very well. But that was very minor.

Great home, great location

We got off to a rough start as the pool heater wasn't working and some of the cleaning was not great but Amy took care of things quickly. Once the pool warmed up, it was great. Enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets down the canal. We tried to re-book the same weeks for 2024 but it was already booked.

Enjoyed the pool and dock. Home was beautiful as expected.

Enjoyed the property. Pool was nice and a good temperature. Surrounding area was easy to navigate. Neighbors were very nice. House was very clean and nice. A couple of suggestions we had are more mirrors - full length in the bedrooms would be nice. Needed a light bulb in the entry but I'm sure that will be taken care of right away.

Fun relaxing week.

Everything was as advertised or better. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the pool was warm and relaxing, and we enjoyed catching catfish off the dock. The washer and dryer worked fine and fast, but the washer was crazy loud. You might want to get that fixed or replaced. Thanks for the relaxing week.

This house had a beautiful pool, right on the canal and was pretty inside. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions or concerns. The two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house were a little warm for our liking being above 75 degrees but overall enjoyed our stay.

Family Friendly and wellS

The property had all the space we needed and was well stocked with all the necessary items for the trip. There is no cable TV if you’ve got someone who is used to that prepare them in advance. The dock is great with a cool breeze and lots of wildlife including large iguanas and tiny crabs at night. We loved the canal access and enjoyed casting out but didn’t have much luck bringing anything in. We were able to make two working poles from what was in the garage and left a new bait bucket behind. We hoped to enjoy the pool more but the annoying tiny bugs kept us from it. The pool guy came by and said unfortunately they are so small the fit through the lanai and don’t seem to filter out at all. The kids really didn’t like it but a e did enjoy the lanai and grilled dinner a few nights. The king beds are average at best but did the trick for the week long stay.
