Very quiet neighborhood with easy spacious parking. Check in and check out were a bit light on details on what and how to do, but no big issues. I suggest that more post booking details on the VRBO website and consider including a binder in the rental on how to check out and other local details. Glad there were notes on the light switches on what switch did what - it has been annoying with our past bookings. We were pleasantly surprised that the unit was well stocked with goodies - the best we have seen. Another suggestion is to get a new drip coffee pot as the one in the unit has seen better days.
