Holiday Home 'Maisonnette Centre Ville' with Balcony and Wi-Fi
In the residential area of Fétilly, discover this freshly renovated 65 m² house, just 10 minutes from the train station and market, and 15 minutes from the Old Port. Enjoy a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, microwave, etc.), and a peaceful courtyard-garden-terrace.
The house has two double bedrooms, a bathroom and separate WC. The living room has a double sofa bed, a large-screen connected TV, and fiber wifi. Ideally located with bus stops nearby, the house is perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay.
We offer a station-airport transfer service at an additional cost. Please note that parking is scarce in the neighborhood, but free parking is available on the street or nearby.
In winter, a charge is made for electricity consumption according to the kWh used. A deposit check is required on arrival. Housework is optional: you can do it yourself or use our services at the end of your stay, at an extra charge. Towels are also available on request.
Small, well-behaved dogs (under 8 kg) are welcome. Enjoy your stay in this haven of peace, ideally located for discovering all the charms of La Rochelle.
