Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (5 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 14.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, barbecue (slide). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 7 km, bus stop 3.6 km, pebble beach 4 km, rocky beach 4 km.
3-room house 85 m2. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds and satellite TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Herr und Frau Moslavc waren als Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und nicht aufdringlich, bei Problemen waren Sie sofort zur Stelle. Die Lage des Hauses ist Ideal als Ausgangspunkt unweit des Meeres (4km) und für Wanderung in die Natur! Manko warum wir die Unterkunft nicht mit vollen 5 Sternen bewerten können ist das dass WLAN das mit angepriesen wurde, so gut wie gar nicht funktioniert, da alle Ferienhäuser sprich alle Gäste (knapp 6 Ferienhäuser) von einer Quelle beziehen und somit das WLAN die krätsche macht. Im Haus selbst kann man die Klimaanlage nicht nützen da diese stark verschmutzt und schon längst wieder gewartet werden sollte.Dennoch würden wir wieder bei Fam. Moslavac buchen.

Schönes Haus, sehr netter Vermieter

Golubovo ist etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto sind Meer, Restaurants, Supermärkte etc in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt um die Ecke und war bei bedarf schnell zur Stelle, ansonsten aber unaufdringlich. Leider verwechselten einige Nachbarn ihr Ferienhaus mit einer Miniaturversion des Ballermann und ließen den ganzen Tag laut Musik am Pool laufen. Auf Hinweis haben sie sie aber leiser gedreht, und der Vermieter kann ja dafür auch nichts.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub die Vermieter waren sehr lieb und für jede frage offen ich würde jeder zeit wieder hin einfach toll und harmonisch

Klein und Brauchbar

Kleines Haus am Eck der Hauptstraße, da es ein sehr kleiner Ort ist mit ganz wenig Verkehr. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten am wenig besuchten Strand. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto in Pula. Ansonsten ist das Haus wohl Baujahr 2017 und einfach aber funktional ausgestattet.
