All is as described, perfect for a couple. I would suggest to bring body soap for your shower as there was none. Hand soap dispenser is there at both bathroom sinks though.

Great location close to beach. Unit needs some updating. Furniture is well worn. Bedroom blinds don’t close well, no extra towels for the beach or blankets for sofa sleeping. Easy checkin and checkout.

What a special place! Great views and you can hear the ocean at night! Location was fantastic - just a short walk around the corner and the beach is right there with the best coffee and ice cream shops.

Place was perfect for my wife and two older kids. Tony was amazing, good communications with us and will definitely be back. First time going to Avila Beach. I have to say it’s probably my new favorite beach town. It’s very clean and everyone is so nice. Another plus is plenty of restaurants and you can walk to everything. Winner all the way around for us! Would love to retire in a place and town like that. Thanks Tony!

Beautiful vista

We had a great time here in Avila in this lovely place with so much light and wonderful views (even better than in the pictures). Perfect location for easy walks through the town, and just one block to the beach.
