This 2,111 square foot vacation villa with golf access, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is the perfect place for your vacation. The house offers a relaxed atmosphere and is completely modern and stylishly furnished. And just so you know—there's a full set of fishing gear available for you to use, free of charge!

The newly renovated rooms are equipped with high-quality furniture and fittings to make your stay even more enjoyable. From the large windows overlooking the canal to the modern smart TV's - everything is designed to make your vacation as comfortable as possible.

The highlight of the house is the large outdoor area with a south-facing saltwater pool, which offers you sun and warmth all day long. The pool is specially designed for sensitive skin and offers a gentle and relaxing experience. The surrounding pool terrace invites you to sunbathe, play or simply relax.

But relaxation isn't the only thing on offer - our outdoor kitchen with barbecue gives you the opportunity to prepare your favorite dishes outside. Perhaps even prepare the fish you have caught yourself. The saltwater canal directly in front of the house is a true paradise for anglers. Here you will find excellent fish stocks and can enjoy nature with the whole family. With a bit of luck, you might even spot dolphins and manatees.

The peace and privacy of the house are perfect for a relaxing vacation, as the villa is located in a quiet side street. The surrounding nature offers breathtaking views of the canal and gorgeous sunsets.

This was by far the best place we've stayed since we started coming to Cape Coral. The host was so kind and helpful and left treats for us when we got there. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing over looking the canal. Just an absolutely beautiful experience.

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The pool was 84 degrees every day and the hot tub was 102 degrees which was perfect.Sarah the host was always available if needed.
