Very spacious condo perfect for our family. Great kitchen and good sized bedrooms. Beds were a little too hard for us, the only complaint. Great location close to stores and shops but beach area wasn’t that crowded.

Better than advertised!

Very spacious, great views, clean, well furnished. Pool and hot tub were excellent. 2nd and 3rd beds were pretty firm but a couple cheap mattress toppers solved that. Overall very happy with the condo and would definitely stay again!

Spring break with our 3 teens

We had a wonderful time staying here! This is probably the best equipped and safest feeling condo we have ever stayed in. The pool, grounds, and condo are immaculate. We exercised every day and enjoyed the clubhouse gym. Our teens loved that it was near the "action" and a busy, fun beach. We loved that it was comfortable and quiet. Will definitely return!

Fun in the sun!

The property was just like the photos. We enjoyed the beach access which was just steps away. The location was perfect for our family with adult children each having their own space. Short walk to bars and restaurants. The only complaint was the pool closed at dusk. It would’ve been nice to be able to sit outside in that area and watch the ocean. But overall it was fantastic!

Fantastic Experience on New Smyrna Beach

Everything was wonderful with our stay at this property. The condo is even bigger than pictures would suggest. Everything was well stocked and the location on the beach was perfect. We never heard a sound coming from anywhere else in the building. Check in and check out was a flawless experience. We will definitely return!

Last Week of Summer

Stayed the last week before school started, 7/31 - 8/7. Condo is on the eighth floor which gets you a bit more breeze. The condo stayed cooler than the thermostat was set at, so there was no issue with the temperature setting of 70 at night (actual 68) and 74 (actual 72) during the day. Plenty of room and space to lounge around. They do have beach chairs and some towels. Highly suggest getting a 10x10 tent, but make sure you tie it down. Great stay easy to access.

Great family beach spot!

This was a lovely spot on New Smyrna Beach. The space was huge, well appointed and right on the beach. We loved being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings and evenings- even in the rain!
