A short walk along the promenade or the beach will take you to the pier and the centre of Heringsdorf. The same goes for a variety of shops and restaurants. The apartments are modern and individually furnished, very comfortably equipped, and feature balconies or terraces.

This cosy 45-square-meter two-room apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for 2–4 people. The living room features a sitting area with a sofa bed (mattress 160x200), a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV, as well as a dining area for 4 people. The furnished, west-facing balcony is accessible from the living room. The fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc., is also open to the living room and offers a second exit to the balcony.
