Discover this carefully renovated villa in the La Grière district, just 200 meters from the beach and a 10-minute walk from shops. Perfect for a family holiday, this two-level house offers space, comfort, and convenience.
Ground floor: entrance, two bedrooms, shower room, and separate WC.
Upstairs: bright living room with TV and balcony, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, shower room with WC.
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
The property has been prepared with care; we kindly ask you to respect the premises.
Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided for an extra charge. Even if you book the cleaning option, please follow these rules: leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away the dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the hob and plancha, and take out all rubbish and waste.
Check-in is from 3pm to 6pm. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions.
Please do not subscribe to internet options (Prime, Netflix, video on demand); if not respected, an extra charge may apply.
Parties are strictly forbidden. Pets are not allowed. Only household waste should go in the bins and be taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be disposed of in the town's recycling containers.
