. Beautiful views and plenty to do around this wonderful beachfront property. The house has a great open floor plan and spectacular views of the water. The house has central air conditioning for maximum comfort during the summer. The home has all sheets, linens, comforters, and kitchen accessories fully included! Enjoy the views from the deck and your own beach. Larger beaches are a 2 minute walk away. The house has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The kitchen is open to the main living area and fully equipped. Close to Waterford public beaches, Harkness Park, and casinos. Nearby is quaint downtown Niantic with plenty of dining, ocean boardwalk, and breweries! Mystic Sea Aquarium and downtown are 25 minutes away. Newport Rhode Island is an hour away. You can visit Stonington wineries and Watch Hill RI nearby!
