Walled garden. Accepted animals.
Detached house of 45 m², with enclosed garden (50 m²) and patio in summer, 100m from the city center, shops, market, near bike paths and 3km from the beach. 1 living room with sofa bed 140, 1 bedroom (bed 140), 1 kitchen (gas stove with oven, fridge freezer, microwave), 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine, 1 toilet, garden furniture, barbecue . Heating wood stove and radiator. WIRELESS. Sheets and towels provided. Loan of baby equipment on request (bed, bath, high chair). Non smoking house. Rental on weekends or minimum two nights out of season.
Note: in summer, the proximity of the city center leads to more traffic on the roads near the house.

La maisonnette est tres bien pour passer un bon moment en famille. A 4-5 minutes à pied du centre du bourg et de tous les commerces. Au centre de l'ile donc proche de tout ! Katia la propriétaire est super dispo, conciliante et de bon conseil pour les activités durant le séjour. Nous y reviendrons, sur un séjour plus long.
