Große Wohnung mit schönem Garten, freundlicher Vermieter

Wir waren im Juni 2018 eine Woche in der Wohnung. Herr Capellini empfing uns sehr freundlich und zeigte uns die Räumlichkeiten und gab uns viele Informationen über Levanto. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, in der Küche gibt es alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Wohnung ist relativ kühl, was uns sehr angenehm war und liegt im schönen und ruhigen Altstadtteil von Levanto und ist nahe zum Strand. Der Garten ist sehr idyllisch und der Vermieter hat uns noch einen Platz auf der höher gelegenen Terrasse angeboten. Für das Auto gibt es eine Garage, was in Levanto sehr gut ist, da man sonst weit außerhalb vom Zentrum parken müsste. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Levante est un bon Emplacement pour visiter les 5 terres pratique et reposant. L'appartement est grand, au calme proche du centre ville, de la mer... Nous avons été bien accueilli et le garage est un vrai plus. Nous n'avons pas profité de la terrasse qui nous était affecté sà cause du temps. Je recommande cette location pour un séjour dans la région.

nicely decorated little apartment with a pretty garden and balcony for evenings. Well equipped kitchen, beds a bit hard & property slightly damp in early season. fantastic location at the heart of the atmospheric centre - easy reach all of town, beach, station & cinque terre walks

appartement très bien situé prés de Levento petite ville très agréable , prés de la mer .Le propriétaire habite au 1er toujours prêt à rendre service . appréciable aussi le petit jardin et la terrasse lorsqu'il fait chaud. l'appartement est modeste mais reste fonctionnel. Avons passé un bon séjour

Très belle région

Malgré un temps pas toujours très beau, nous avons fait de belles randonnées avec des panoramas fantastiques. Levanto est très bien placé et l'appartement n'est pas loin de la gare. Nous aurions sûrement plus apprécié l'appartement en été avec ce joli jardin dont nous n'avons pu profiter. L'intérieur de l'appartement est un peu tristounet et manque de lumière quand il fait tout gris dehors. Mais en été on doit savourer la fraicheur de cette vielle bâtisse.

Le logement était simple et agréable. Bon contact avec Le propriétaire qui était très sympathique. Le logement est à quelques minutes de la gare et de la plage. C'est donc parfait pour visiter les 5 terres. Quelques restaurants et terrasses à proximité direct. Jardin agréable

Man geht 2 Stufen runter in die Wohnung. Es ist leider relativ dunkel. was in den heißen Sommermonaten bestimmt angenehm ist. Wohnung war sauber, sehr leise, Auto steht etwas weiter weg. Aber in 5 Minuten ist man am Meer.

"Grosse ruhige Wohnung mi...

"Grosse ruhige Wohnung mit einem lauschigen Gärtchen. Ausstattung funktionell. Wohnung ziemlich kühl und eher dunkel, was aber im Sommer sicher sehr angenehm ist. Wohnung hat aber eine super Ofenheizung, die uns der Vermieter auch sofort erklärt und bestückt hat, so dass wir am Abend etwas heizen konnten. Sehr netter Vermieter!!"
