Welcome to The Fountain of Young - Heated Pool & Private Beach

This beautiful property is located on 1.1 acres of wooded and lake front property. It has 180 degree view of the lake, with most rooms facing the lake and a heated pool facing the lake. It also has over 300ft. of shoreline, and it's own private beach.

The home is 3,700 sq ft with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, plus an outdoor shower with hot water.

It has a beautiful upper deck with gazebo that extends the entire width of the home. It also has a screened in porch off the dining room area.

Other amenities include 40x20ft heated pool, private dock, gas fire pit, and Wi-Fi.

If grilling is your thing, there is a Weber natural gas grill. Nothing like a cookout while visiting The Fountain of Young.

The Fountain of Young is located 15 minutes to airport and 30 minutes from downtown, but we doubt you'll ever want to leave...The Fountain of Young.

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
*Feel free to use our home to host small gatherings, but please be mindful of noise and activity level.

- 10 PEOPLE MAX
*(with exceptions granted by Host) We are committed to our lovely neighborhood and ask that you treat it as if it were your own (or better yet, your grandmas!)

- NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOUSE.
*If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine for deep cleaning will be assessed. Thank you for your understanding.

- PETS
*Yes, we are pet friendly. However, there is an additional fee of *$100.00, per pet, for guests staying with a pet. Please message us with information regarding your pets age, size and breed.

* If rules are not followed, guests may be asked to vacate without refund or be charged for extra fees
