Two floors Villa 3 rooms at 800 metres from the sea. Quiet and peaceful, it's 2 km from the town centre, 23 km from Saint Tropez and 40 km. from Cannes.
House built in 2004, situated with other villas in a beautiful pine forest, a quiet and reserved area, called 'Mas d'Esquieres'. The house is modern, furnished simply but with taste. It has a small garden with grass and laurels. There's a beautiful pergola in the fenced garden where to stay or eat to the open air. The villa benefits from its shared swimming pool (15 m x 6 m).
There is a guardian inside the property.
The villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Cadre très calme (sauf lorsque le jardinier taille les nombreuse haies). Pas moderne mais confortabl

Nous avons adoré la très belle piscine, où il n'y a pas trop de monde car les grosses villas ont leur propre piscine. Il faudrait prévoir un bouton poussoir pour ouvrir la grille également pour les locataires( fastidieux de se lever à chaque sortie pour taper le code) et peut-être permettre de se garer devant la maison, car en somme on n'y gène personne.

Résidence très calme, belle piscine mais des améliorations à apporter

Location très confortable pour un couple et trois enfants une résidence très calme et très propre avec une piscine magnifique cependant des améliorations devraient être apportées à l'habitation notamment la salle de bain devrait être refaite trop de lumière dans la chambre des enfants une climatisation très bruyante pour la nuit la literie n'était pas toujours très confortable à notre arrivée le jardin n'était pas entretenu il a été fait deux jours avant notre départ et nous avons été très incommodé par les odeurs des égouts récurrentes. Sinon très spacieux et bien équipé.

merci madame pour vos conseils. Je regret pour le mauvais odeur des egouts. Je ferai le plus tôt possible pour résoudre ce problème Fait le Débouchage et Nettoyage de tuyauterie. Problème du mauvais odeur résolu. Verifié le clima. Il fonctionne normalement. Bruit normal de ces clima installè dans tout le Domaine de la Pinede.

maison super bien équipée; tout y est même le lit bb ;-) petit jardin adorable la piscine commune est très grande et d'un entretient irréprochable à recommander

"We had a very nice stay....

"We had a very nice stay. Beautiful surroundings. The villa is fully equipped and there is a very nice swimmingpool. We were pretty early in the season so the swimmingpool was not crowded. Also the price of €500 a week, we think was very cheap. But if we had to pay €1600 (in high season) we would not have done it."
