Roberto is delightful and very helpful. The location is ideal for walking to many of the historical sights. The rental was very clean and accommodating. The only thing that would have made our stay more comfortable would have been a memory foam topper on the mattress as it was very firm. Highly recommend to others!

Very nice apartment and a beautiful building. The elevator was great because it’s on the third floor although it is very small and if you pack a lot of luggage, you might have to make two trips. Overall as advertised and very nice!

Room was as described. Roberto was very friendly and met us on the street. The apartment is close to all the main attractions . Highly recommend the golf cart tour. Make sure you are not in the back facing backwards. Grocery store was a few blocks away. We enjoyed a coffee shop that was about a block and a half away. Good price and great pastries. Highly recommend this apartment.

This is an excellent apartment to rent in Rome. It was quiet, clean, secure and comfortable. It is walking distance to most things of interest. The host, Roberto, was very helpful.

Roberto, our host, was very accommodating and responded to all of our queries promptly. He kindly arranged for transportation from and to the Rome airport, which we gratefully appreciated. Plenty of nearby restaurants and places to shop, including closeness to pharmacies and grocery stores.

Everything was great. The apartment is lovely and Roberto is a very sweet person and was interested in providing all our needs and more! The area was great for visiting the Vatican and the Borghese Museum. We had a great time and will stay here again of and when we return to Rome.

My stay with my wife in the property was very good. It was clean and tidy. Mr Roberto had coordinated my check in that happened smoothly. The kitchen had the essential gadgets and utensils plus cutlery to manage the stay well.

Roberto is the most gracious host. Our room was located in a great area close to quaint restaurants and shopping and walking distance to the Spanish Steps. Very easy to get around from this location.

Great Host - everything you need

Perfect Place to stay while visiting Rome

This place was a fraction of the price of hotels in the area and SO MUCH NICER. It was perfect. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. AND Roberto was such a great host.

Beautiful apartment with everything needed for comfort. Surprisingly quiet for being in the city. Walking distance to so many attractions. Roberto was extremely helpful in getting us acquainted with the apartment & our surroundings, even made excellent restaurant suggestions. Highly recommend!!!!

Great stay in Rome

Residenza Mellini was the perfect home base during our 5 day visit to Rome. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was wonderful. We were welcomed by our host Roberto, who gave us great tips on nearby restaurants, where to get the best pizza, and how to find our way around this beautiful city. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Rome..

Great place to stay in Prati

Place has undergone upgrades, has a modern feel to it, and it's situated in the fantastic Prati neighborhood, very close to the Vatican and great for shopping and Roman dining. Roberto was great in communicating with us throughout the process and we also met him in person and he is very pleasant, responsive and professional. We highly recommend this spot for anyone staying in Rome.

Fantastic apartment in primo location!

Our stay at Mellini 34 was excellent. It’s spacious and has great A/C! All the utensils & items needed to cook a meal are in the kitchen. There are few staples in the cabinet like oil, coffee, salt & pepper. We were able to walk to many places & monuments. Definitely a gem of a place. We look forward to coming back again in future visit.

Property location is excellent. Most points of interest are within walking (up to 30 minutes) distance. There is adequate space for sleeping, cooking, and other essential activities. The host Roberto is very friendly and accommodating. He helped us find transportation, provided recommendations, etc.
