This is a great 3 bedroom home with an outstanding back yard area. It was clean and well furnished. It looks just like the photos. It’s in the middle of a large older neighborhood area with grocery stores 1-1.5 miles away. We walked to the store, got groceries and used Lift to come back. Highly recommend!
The stay was terrific! The back yard was so nice and relaxing after a day of exploring. The home had all the amenities you could hope for. Great location close to transit.
Terry was extremely helpful and responsive.
This is the cutest place I’ve ever stayed! The house was amazing, all the little details were amazing and the host was amazing too! Book this place, you won’t regret it. Just a short Uber to the center of Boston and there is an adorable park nearby.
The property was amazing. The charm of the home was wonderful. The patio area was delightful to sit and enjoy. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We were in town for the Red Sox game. Very easy to get to Fenway. Would recommend.
The home is like elegantly stepping back in time, with all the amenities of a modern home. We loved the beautiful bedrooms, the lovely parlor and even got a little work done via the wifi as we sat in the dinning room. We also were able to enjoy the garden fountain.
We are a family of 7 with 5 children (ages 1-10) and this house was perfect! The house was clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The closest train station was about a 15-20 minute walk and the neighborhood felt very safe. Parking was very easy and there was always a space available near the house. I would highly recommend this house and would stay again if we're in Boston in the future!
The house is more spacious than we expected and beautifully appointed, from the art on the walls to the comfortable beds. Lots of charming details and character! Parking on the street in front of the home was easy and convenient.

Family trip to Bosron
Beautiful 3 story brownstone! Professionally decorated with amazing kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and everything my family needed for a great stay. It has parking out front but the neighborhood has little walkable as far as food etc. we took the subway that was about a 15 to 20 minute walk! Great rental!!
We were a group of 6 travelling to Boston to board a cruiseship. The property was a short taxi/Uber ride to all if the must see/do places in Boston. I wouldn’t consider the accommodation to be walkable to most of the hilights but again, Uber or local transit will get you there in plenty of time. The accommodation itself is awesome! Beautiful home with everything needed.

Thank You for staying with us Darlana and taking the time to review us! Yes we are a quiet residential area, 2 miles to the center of the attractions(Copley Square), Museums, Symphony and Sam Adams closer a little over a mile. Just wanted to also mention to guests we have an excellent subway. 10 minute walk to the subway and a 5 minute ride to the center.
Looking Forward to your return visit in the very near future!

I have to say I am overall VERY pleased with this house. My wife, my mother, and my kids stayed at this location and it was pleasantly spacious for all of us. The house is beautifully appointed and well equipped and I feel we got a great value for what we paid to stay here. It's great also that there is a little park across the street. We were a bit worried about not having a dedicated parking space but thankfully there actually is a lot of free street parking and we never had an issue keeping our car close to the house.

Beautiful condo, great experience
We stayed for a girls weekend (6 of us) and enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, spacious, charming, and we'll equipped (extra towels, well stocked kitchen utensils, etc). Terrence was great- was very friendly and responsive and was able to accommodate an early check in time. Only thing that would improve the experience would be some seating in the outdoor area. Would have loved to spend some time outside but could not as there was no seating. Overall, we would recommend!

1 week in Boston
Pros first:
House has a cute old world charm to it for sure. The back yard wasn’t to bad. Had a cute little garden next to the fence.
Cons:
The kitchen was not clean. There were many dishes with food still on them but yet were in the cupboards. Throughout the whole house there were cobwebs, even in the kitchen. The basement steps going down to the laundry room were treacherous. There were two broken stairs. The bathtub is a deep tub and has no grip when you’re trying to get in and out of it. Very dangerous. There were other peoples belongings in both the bathroom drawers and bedroom drawers. Definitely not worth what you pay. Sorry…
This was a very interesting and unique place to stay in Boston. It was quiet and very comfortable for myself, my husband, and two teenagers. We had a little "issue" with the HVAC (it was freezing downstairs!) on our first full day. Terry was VERY responsive and even came over to check it a few minutes after I sent a message. We got it figured out, and were very comfortable the rest of the time. My daughter especially loved that the home had a piano! The area is walkable and safe- we did have a car, and were literally a few minutes from all the sights and fun things in Boston. Would absolutely stay here again!
All of us had a place to rest. We used the kitchen for most of our breakfast meals. Simple location to get to all forms of transportation.
The owner answered our questions while we were there. Loved Boston and all it had to offer!!
We stayed here for about a week and enjoyed our time very much. It is a beautifully decorated house and the weather allowed us to even enjoy the backyard. I felt like we were close to most attractions and neighborhoods (we rented a car FYI). Terrance was very attentive and easy to work with. All and all a very positive experience. Only thing I would caution against is I'm not sure I'd recommend this listing to families with little kids, we have a one-year old who just started walking. I felt like I was constantly putting breakables away (no fault of the owner mind you, as again beautifully decorated house). Plus note that you will need to bring your own pack/play and high chair as none provided. I was concerned about neighborhood in reading other reviews nd found it to be an overreaction on many peoples part. But at the same time it's not the cutest and most upscale area either-so if that's what you desire then please note and don't blame Terrance. I hail from a big city and was comfortable but I can see how it could push some out of their comfort zone. Overall, my family and I enjoyed the space and had a lovely visit. P.S. the beds are sooooo comfortable!
My family had a great experience at this property. The home itself has lots of character, and is beautifully decorated. There were a few quirks, as in any older home, but nothing that distracted from our experience. The owners were very responsive to our questions, and allowed us to return when we discovered someone in our party forgot their watch.
