Thank you for your interest in our clean, peaceful, warm, and cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath single family home, located in the active adult (age 40+) community of Sun Lakes Country Club Phase 1, within the Phoenix metropolitan area, also known as The Valley of the Sun. With all the conveniences of home, this home includes access to community amenities, including golf courses, tennis courts, pools, spas, casual and formal dining, a fitness room, and more!!!!!

From this home, you are only 20 minutes away from downtown Phoenix and have easy access to all of the cultural and entertainment amenities that metropolitan Phoenix has to offer, including spring training ball parks, professional sporting events, opera, symphony, and more! Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is located only 20 minutes away, and the home also has convenient access to freeways leading to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, mountain retreats, Tucson, and several recreational lakes available for fishing and boating.

Located on a quiet street, the home is conveniently located nearby the Sun Lakes Phase 1 golf course, as well as the country club, walking trails, and many other community amenities. Sun Lakes Stay

The property manager was very responsive and friendly. Everything worked throughout our stay. Property just steps from clubhouse where we played pool, ping pong and pickle ball daily.

Very comfortable home in Sun Lakes

-Stayed in this home January 9 - April 10, 2024. -Great location in Phase One. 2 blocks to the golf course, the pool, fitness area, North patio. -Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors. -House itself was plenty big, 1600 sq. ft. -Two good sized bedrooms, nice kitchen, sun room, large dining room, 2 recliners and plenty of chairs and a nice sofa in the living room, 2 walk in showers, no tub, nicely landscaped back yard, citrus trees with great oranges, gas grill, large patio table, large attached garage for parking. -The owners, Laura and Joe, were outstanding with communication. There were a few minor issues but were handled quickly. Very nice people to work with. -Without question, highly recommend this home.

Sun Lakes stay

We chose this location to get a feel for the Sun Lakes area. The location was just right to access the area. We were supplied with a guest card for access to the club and services. Overall we enjoyed this stay very much.

Arizona 'Home-from-Home'

Casita Bella was very comfortable and the amenities were fine:; we greatly-enjoyed our stay there. The location is excellent, and Laura (the owner) was very helpful throughout our stay; we also appreciated her thoughtful gestures (not least, the welcoming bottle of champagne in the 'fridge!) We would certainly recommend this property as a good base for anyone looking to enjoy the delights of the Valley, and we'll hope ourselves to return again there next year.

Casita Bella - A Little Bit of Paradise!

We truly enjoyed our winter at Casita Bella - it felt very "homey". The home was nicely furnished and the kitchen was complete with just about any appliance one would need. We especially liked how light and bright it was. We enjoyed the west facing patio - the pergala provided just the right amount of shade. The bedrooms were large with plenty of storage space and the beds comfortable. Since it was located just off Riggs Road, it was very accessible to any place we wanted to go. Laura and Joe were very responsive to the few inquiries we had. We're already looking to spending more time there next winter.

A great place to spend time in the sun and escape winter. The owners were very attentive and determined to make our accommodations comfortable and our stay enjoyable. All amenities are within easy driving distance and golf, tennis, swimming, etc. are only a couple hundred yards away. Highly recommended. Would love to go back.
