Casa Pequeña is a cosy and charming villa with a garden and private pool:
Casa Pequeña is a cosy and charming villa with a garden and private pool located in the Crestatx residential area, between Pollensa and Sa Pobla, just a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa.The house is on one floor and has a living/dining room with a porch, a fitted kitchen open to the living room, one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a trundle bed, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. It is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, internet, TV, satellite, DVD and stereo, and a built-in barbecue.Outside, there is a large swimming pool surrounded by lawns, a garden area and a terrace with sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. The porch is equipped with a table and chairs for pleasant evenings and family barbecues in the fresh air.

The Crestatx residential area is highly regarded for its tranquillity, abundant vegetation and proximity to the Crestatx sanctuary, an iconic landmark in the area. Just a few minutes away is Sa Pobla, an authentic Mallorcan village famous for its cuisine, farmers' market and local atmosphere. Here you will find several supermarkets and everything you need.



The location is unbeatable. In just 10-15 minutes by car you can reach the wonderful beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollença, two of the most highly rated coastal destinations in the north of the island. Also nearby is the historic town of Pollença, one of the most emblematic destinations in northern Mallorca, with a charming old town, a wide range of cultural activities and unique natural spaces such as Puig de Maria and Vall d'en March. The Pollensa Golf Course is just a few minutes' drive from the house. The town of Alcúdia, with its medieval walls, marina and wide range of gastronomic and leisure options, is also nearby.

(Restaurant, beach , alcudia, formentor…) 30min to the PMI. Located in a small and quiet street. Price is also really competitive. Thanks for all.

Guten Tag, nach unserer Rückkehr möchten wir Ihnen gern ein ehrliches Feedback zu unserem Aufenthalt geben. Wir hatten uns aufgrund der Beschreibung und der bisherigen positiven Bewertungen sehr auf unseren Urlaub gefreut. Besonders der Garten, der Pool und die Lage zwischen Sa Pobla und Pollença haben uns angesprochen. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen an die Unterkunft selbst jedoch nicht erfüllt. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hatten wir einen starken Ameisenbefall. Die Ameisen waren nicht nur in der Küche, sondern auch im Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer, Flur, Kinderzimmer, in den Betten, auf dem Sofa und sogar in unseren Koffern. Das bereitgestellte Spray hat das Problem leider nicht gelöst. Hinzu kam ein dauerhaft muffiger Geruch im Haus. Die Schränke rochen so stark, dass wir unsere Kleidung nicht eingeräumt haben und während des gesamten Urlaubs aus dem Koffer gelebt haben. Das zweite Badezimmer roch regelmäßig intensiv nach Abfluss, insbesondere morgens und wenn wir nachmittags zurückkamen. Da die Türen nicht richtig schließen, verteilte sich der Geruch teilweise im Haus. Außerdem waren wir überrascht, dass das Kinderzimmer nicht klimatisiert ist. In der Anzeige wird eine Klimaanlage als Ausstattung genannt. Uns war vor der Buchung jedoch nicht bewusst, dass sie nicht alle Schlafzimmer umfasst. Gerade im Hochsommer war das für uns mit einem kleinen Kind schwierig. Uns überraschte außerdem, dass wir bei Ankunft keine 250€ Kaution, wie vereinbart, sondern 300€ Kaution hinterlegen sollten. Uns ist bewusst, dass einzelne Probleme auftreten können. Die Summe dieser Punkte hat jedoch leider dazu geführt, dass wir uns in der Unterkunft nicht wohlgefühlt haben und deutlich weniger Zeit dort verbracht haben, als wir es eigentlich geplant hatten. Gerade für den Preis wollten wir ursprünglich die meiste Zeit in der Finca verbringen, was uns so aber leider nicht möglich war. Wir möchten dieses Feedback nicht geben, um Vorwürfe zu machen, sondern weil wir glauben, dass sich viele der genannten Punkte beheben lassen. Das Haus hat großes Potenzial, und wir würden uns freuen, wenn zukünftige Gäste einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt genießen können. Wir würden uns über Ihre Rückmeldung freuen.
