Perfect vila for a family

The extras such as bikes and table tennis make this a very family friendly villa especially with the beach and a creperie just a short walk away. Host was very welcoming and helpful and facilities were all very good Only criticism was we found the master bedroom bed very uncomfortable and the room would benefit from a mirror but this wouldn't stop us returning which we hope to do one day

Fantastic holiday home!

A great holiday home, extremely well equipped (including everything you need for babies and small children). The house is very clean and nicely decorated, without personal decoration so you don't get the feeling you are in some else's home. The pool and jacuzzi are great to relax during windy and rainy days (that we had at the end of March off course), with the whole pool area being heated. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and his responses were always very quick. I can really recommend this great place!

Loctudy for adults and children

The property was well appointed, spacious and clean. Some of the fitments and furnishings in the house were of cheap quality and showing signs of wear. The house location was very good in a quiet cul de sac and very convenient for pedestrian access to the beach. The swimming pool and jaccuzzi were big assets which worked well.

Fantastic holiday in a fantastic house

This lovely house is very well equipped and the owner has thought of everything even down to umbrellas (these weren't needed during our stay) Benoit is an excellent host greeting us and explaining the use of all equipment including the large indoor pool , the operation of the wonderfully warm hot tub and music and TV's. The house is more like a boutique hotel with privacy, peace and a short walk to a lovely beach. The modern, stylish house is comfortable and very clean. There are a couple of supermarkets a short drive away and a very good local restaurant " Le Relais de Lodonnec" five minutes walk away. We were a family of 6 with grown up children but the house had lots of facilities and equipment for young children too. I would highly recommend this place for a fantastic break. Flying from Birmingham to Brest with just over an hour's drive by hire car was a great way to make the most of our week away.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce logement. La maison est très fonctionnelle. Les photos reflètent bien la réalité. Échanges très fluides avec notre hôte très disponible et sympathique. La distance avec la plage est raisonnable pour des enfants en bas âge. Les jouets et vélo à roulette mis à disposition ont fait des heureux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine, malgré la tempête ! La maison est parfaite, bien agencée et équipée, rien ne manque, que ce soit pour les petits comme pour les grands ! Belle villa et équipements/Propriétaire décevant

La propriété est bien équipée (piscine, spa, grand jardin, plancha ...) et la localisation agréable (proximité plage, restaurants). Quelques rénovations apportées à la villa à continuer (la douche de l'étage fuit énormément/risque de dégat des eaux!) Mais le propriétaire est une personne désagréable qui fait payer cher le ménage et souhaiterait qu'on le fasse à sa place. Un contact très désagréable à notre départ qui ne nous donne pas l'envie de revenir à cette adresse. Habitué de la location de villa/chalet y compris en Bretagne, nous avons toujours eu des échanges courtois avec les propriétaires. Dans notre échange avec ce dernier, nous avons appris qu'il a eu plusieurs mésaventures/se plaint de précédents locataires. Ce n'est pas une raison pour mettre tous les vacanciers dans le même lot (à voir si ce n'est pas ce dernier qui a des soucis avec ses locataires)

séjour réussi dans une villa agréable mais dommage que 2 salles de bain pour 4 chambres car la douche de la piscine n'est pas utilisable (manque rideau) et d'autre part, du fait de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les portes fenêtres de la piscine, celle ci n'est pas agréable car forte chaleur
