About this property

Cranberry Palms - Premium Villa - Pool/HotTub and Close to DISNEY

Cranberry Palms is a premium villa located just 10-15 mins from Disney (close enough that you can see the evening fireworks show from the back bedroom window) and is also close to SeaWorld, Universal and the many other attractions Orlando has to offer. Because this villa is located in Central Florida, you also have the option of taking a day trip to Coco Beach (only 1 hour away) or Cape Canaveral to the east or head west to St Petes, Tampa (Busch Gardens), or Clearwater.

The villa is four bedrooms and is located in Orange Tree just off Highway 27 in South Clermont. The backyard view is of the lake and conservation land with a private screened in Lanai/pool/spa area (Note: This means no bugs!!). The Lanai also has a covered area with outdoor lighting and ceiling fans. The pool area has a removable child safety fence and patio furniture. For those of you who like the doors open to get that fresh air, the family room, kitchen and master bedroom all have French doors that open to the Lanai and there are ceiling fans throughout. It is also fully air-conditioned if you prefer. But if you leave the doors open - please turn off the AC - it will freeze and stop working.

The Villa sleeps 8 comfortably with the Master bedroom having a King bed, 52 inch TV, a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has Queen Bed and TV that you can bring a firestick to use. Bedroom 3 has Double(Full) Bed and shares a full bath with Bedroom 2. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, a TV that you can bring a fire stick to use and full bath which has access to the pool area. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

The Family room is fully equipped with a large 58 inch Roku TV with Spectrum app, DVD player with selection of DVD's, books, and board games. If you prefer there is also a CD player with a selection of CDs to enjoy some music.

Why choose our home over others in the area …. The privacy. With no direct back neighbors and a view of the lake, you won't have a care in the world.

Orange Tree's name comes from its original orange groves on the property, you can often smell the oranges in the air. You can even pick the oranges in season or up 27 there is a pick-your-own citrus grove and farm stand with fresh produce and lots more.

The neighborhood offers Tennis and Pickleball courts as well as a 'tot lots' (kid’s playground) and Sandhill cranes are usually seen in the neighborhood. Lake Louisa State Park is up 27 if you want to go fishing, rent canoe's, horseback riding or just go hiking and nature watching. Just next to Orange Tree is a Publix Grocery store and a Walmart just a few minutes away. There are many restaurants, golf courses, and shopping close by and it is very close to Highway 192 for your convenience to all its restaurants, shops and attractions also.

The villa is looked after by a reputable property management company. They are experienced, friendly and responsive to all your needs. It is thoroughly cleaned after each departure. The villa is fully equipped with StoveTop/Oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator w/freezer and ice maker, Laundry room has washer and dryer. All bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

Winter getaway

We loved the lanai, pool and quiet neighborhood. The family room furniture was a little too soft for us but we were all seniors. A younger group would probably be fine. We like to cook together and the kitchen was better stocked than most places we have stayed. All in all we had a great visit.

The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The pool area is very nice and the pool was also very clean. The house had plenty of room for 4 adults and the three full bathrooms made it functional for everyone. It was a perfect location for going to the parks each day. It took us less than 30 minutes for all 4 parks. This was our second time in this house for our family Disney trip. The owner is very reachable too if you need anything.

Great place to go with adult children. My wife and I and two adult boys. King, Queen and two double beds. No twin beds. Most houses close to Disney are set up with twin beds or bunk beds to accommodate younger families. So great to find a nice home with private pool/hot tub set up for older families. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Location

Loved the area, did not like not having the ability to control temperature of the property. Owner kept adjusting to warm temperatures and I prefer to stay cooler during humid hot weather. It made it uncomfortable to sleep, because the temperature set at the property was a lot warmer then I prefer.

Quiet neighborhood with a great floor plan

This is our 5th year in this neighborhood and we always look for this floor plan. We were here for an extended stay to get out of the cold winter weather. Spent everyday in the heated pool and hot tub. We ate almost all of our meals outside under the covered patio. Everything in the description of this home was accurate. One of the best supplied kitchens we’ve experienced. We had a couple issues that were handled immediately. My only concern was the furniture in the family room was uncomfortable for us, but in good condition. We found the living room furniture much more comfortable.

AC was broke the entire stay

The AC was broke every night. The homeowner never called a company to fix until after we were leaving. We sweat in bed every night after walking the Disney parks during the day. Vrbo was not very helpful either.

An exceptional stay.

This was our second time at this property and it couldn't be better. The house was very clean and quiet with a great view from the pool out onto the pond. We cooked numerous meals here and everything we needed, and then some, was supplied. The communication with the owner was excellent and we had no problems at all during our stay. Publix grocery store is only a few minutes away and numerous restaurants are close too. If you are looking for a place that is quiet, yet close to everything you want, this place is it. If this place is available when you are looking for a place to stay, this is it. The pool and hot tub are wonderful too with a nice lanai to hide from the sun or rain. Won't hesitate to stay here again.

The house was much bigger then we had specter. Very clean and well equipped. Had a few minor things that should be replaced like electrical cover on the bar that was broke, the dishwasher top shelf comes off the slider if you pull it out your far. Everything worked as it should that we needed and the house very nice. We slept very well as the beds were comfy. Got a bit hot at nights but not terrible. We would definitely come back to this house again in the future.

Amazing home away from home

When our family comes to Florida to go to Disney World, we typically choose to stay on property. For this trip, we needed multiple rooms and we decided to look for a house instead. Oh am I glad we did!! This property was PERFECT for our multi-family, two week long stay. The living room was a welcoming and relaxing place to gather. The kitchen had everything we needed to make several lunches and dinners at the house. The bedrooms were furnished well and very comfortable. The pool was a highlight and we spent time out there every day. The traffic in the area can get a little crazy at certain times of the day, which of course is no fault of this property. Just make sure to give yourself ample time when going out and about. Our family loved our stay and are looking forward to booking again for our next big, family trip.

Exactly what we needed!

First and foremost the host, Carol was very easy to work with during the booking process and helpful in answering our questions. House was located in a nicely kept, quiet subdivision of the "main drag" where there were grocery stores and a Walmart. The home was just as the pictures showed... very clean, well maintained and situated near a small pond. The four bedrooms with a king, queen and full size beds worked perfectly for my husband and me, my grown kids and grandson. We didn't do a lot of cooking but the kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans, etc. Only used the pool once and it was very clean. The drive to Walt Disney wasn't too bad. About 30 minutes Overall our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Would definately stay again!

The positive was the pool and privacy and the layout of the house. It also was close to a grocery store (Publix). But that’s where it ends: * The house is a far distance from everywhere. At least a 35 minute drive to all parks. * The house is dated, in a dated neighborhood * The a/c was locked so we couldn’t adjust when we were hot or cold * The house had a smell upon our arrival- after purchasing many air refreshers and sprays, the house was a bit better upon our departure a week later.

An exceptional stay.

We had a fantastic time at this location. We have been to several rentals in the area and this one was well furnished, both in the living areas and especially the kitchen. We had everything we needed to prepare meals instead of eating out all the time. The furniture was very comfortable and this was the best pool we have had. We had pools before that was heated but not very well but this pool heat was great. There were plenty of lounge chairs for around the pool and the outdoor seating was nice to get our from the direct sun. The location was very quiet and very little traffic and was nice to walk the neigborhood. We have already booked our next trip at the same house and are looking forward to our stay. Communication with the owner was fast and informative. You won't regret staying here.
