The location was perfect. Great places to eat right below the apartment. Safe location (no pickpockets) around this location. The air conditioning was a 10 out of 10. Rome was very hot but the apartment was very cool. I highly recommend this location for your next stay in Rome.

Convient location

We had a great stay. It was a great location for our Rome stay. Very close to the train station but still close enough the Metro and the main tourist spots. It was a good fit for two couple and 17yr olds.

A great stay near Termini

This was a stylish, well-appointed apartment near both Termini and the Colosseum. We truly appreciated the spaciousness, air conditioning, kitchen, elevator, and good communication with Catia and her family. We would definitely stay here again in Rome (four adults and one teen).
