20 minutes by car to CANNES, Antibes and the beaches of the French Riviera. Short drive into the mountains and the chateau villages of the Alpes Maritime.

The property offers 381 m2 of living space with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms (3 bedrooms are air-conditioned), spacious living room with outdoor dining terrace and spectacular views, second large living room or TV den and a fantastic modern family kitchen with dining area.
Set in over 2700m2 of lawned garden there are breathtaking views over the countryside – across the olive groves to the mountains in the distance. The garden, featuring olive, fig and pear trees, alongside lavender and lemongrass, is laid out in wide lawned terraces with a fabulous 14m x 6m heated swimming pool surrounded by a pool terrace with sun loungers, gazebos, umbrellas and an outdoor family gas BBQ. Very private and not overlooked, the villa is located at the end of a peaceful country lane in a quiet residential area.
Parking for 5+ cars inside the gated villa lot.
Additional amenities include ping-pong, pétanque (Boules), foosball (table football), pool loungers, Fatboy loungers, hammock, SONOS audio throughout and a professional WiFi mesh installation for full internet coverage, etc. Please note the pool can be heated, upon request, for an additional charge (EUR 250 per week of booking)
Suitable for families with children – baby crib, highchairs, toys, games, puzzles, books, PlayStation and DVDs available.
Please note minimum stay rules [up-to one week being required] are sometimes applicable for this property. Please note that check-in and check-out on Saturdays are sometimes applicable for this property. This is particularly relevant during the Côte d'Azur high season which starts in June, peaks in July and August and sometimes extends into September.
Please note that once the booking is confirmed, a short-term rental contract will be made available for signature of both host and guest; separately, passport copies of all adult guests (>18) staying at the property will be requested prior to check-in.
Villa rules:
- No stag, hen or bachelor parties permitted
- No large undisclosed events can be hosted, whereby the booking party invites members from outside the booking group, without prior consent of the host
- Event planning and weddings only considered, with prior consent
- No loud music or loud noise permitted outdoors after 10pm
- Unsanctioned events or parties and/or noise disturbances resultant in complaints from neighbors and/or the summoning of the local authorities/gendarmerie, are considered a key booking violation
- Guests de-facto agree that a violation of the above rules will result in the loss of the damage deposit
